Shipping & Returns



Shippping usually occurs with 3 business days of receipt of payment. If there's any delay to this, we'll let you know.

All parcels are shipped with Australia Post and there is a choice between Regular Parcel Post and Registered Post.

Regular Parcel Post includes online tracking so that you'll be able to check the whereabouts of your parcel. Your parcel will be tagged with a unique identification number that will allow you to track your delivery online at 

Registered Post gives you:

  • proof that the article was sent (when lodged at an Australia Post retail outlet counter)
  • proof that the article was received - a signature is obtained on delivery
  • compensation for loss or damage of the article up to $100 for a standard registered delivery.



Returns can only be made if the wrong item has been delivered. Contact must be made with Petite Prints with 14 days of receipt of items.

Purchaser is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. Items returned must be in "like new" sellable condition and the correct replacements will be made. 

We cannot be help responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
